    3) In the Gym or any form of physical exercise!!

If you want long-term health benefits, you must set things right at all three levels. Ask yourself the following questions and see what comes up. The answers to these questions can lead you toward harmony with all three aspects.

Question the 3 vital aspects of your life to attain health goals

    1. Subconscious Mind

    b) What would happen if you were completely healthy?

    c) What would happen if you achieved your fitness goals?

    d) Are you ready to be appreciated?

    e) What would you lose if you let go of your old self?

(Comment if you have some answers but no clarity, we will be able to guide you further on this)

    b) How was your dining table or your family’s experience while dining together?

    c) What are your associations with food? Every food you eat holds some memory

Eg: sweets remind us of festivities and celebrations. Do you eat sweets when you miss celebrations?

Did you feel loved when your mother fed you as a child? Do you eat food when you crave love?

    d) Does any specific food upset your body? If yes, what memory is associated  with it?

    3. Physical Exercise

Exercise is the most underutilized antidepressant”

Finally, ask yourself, where is that child in you who loved to throw the bag after school and run outdoors to play? Where did you lose them in time? If you don’t enjoy your workout, you can’t pursue it for long, however strong your willpower is. So bring out that kid in you and have fun!!
